Orders
You can shop at daggry.com 24 hours a day. The website may occasionally be unavailable for short periods due to maintenance. Orders placed on business days are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or Danish public holidays are normally dispatched on the next business day. DAGGRY Design ApS reserves the right to extend delivery times during particularly busy periods or in the event of delays with our shipping partners. Before completing your purchase, you have the opportunity to change both your information and the products selected.
Payment
Payment will only be charged to your account once your order has been dispatched. The payment methods currently available are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Card fees
DAGGRY Design ApS covers any fees associated with the use of payment cards issued to private individuals.

Free shipping on orders of at least DKK 1,000
Delivery to selected EU countries
FedEx delivery is available to selected EU countries. The shipping rate is shown in EUR at checkout. Free EU shipping is applied automatically when your order reaches the threshold shown at checkout. DAGGRY Design ApS doesn't offer delivery on specific days or at specific times, as all orders are processed in the order in which they are received. DAGGRY can't be held responsible for delays caused by our shipping partners.
Please note that we only deliver to private and business addresses. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
If your order consists of several products delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the final product. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please email hello@daggry.com with your order number, name, delivery address and the email address used for the order. Please notify us in writing if you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Simply refusing delivery of the parcel is not sufficient.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, it must be sent back as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Please include the order information such as your name, order number, delivery address and email address.
The parcel must be securely wrapped. We recommend using the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for ensuring that the parcel reaches us in good condition. We therefore recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt from the carrier. Please remove old shipping labels from the parcel. We do not collect parcels sent to a parcel shop or post office, and we don't accept cash-on-delivery returns.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or another product, please email hello@daggry.com and return the original item, then place a new order in our online store.
Condition of returned items
You may inspect the item in the same way you would in a physical store.
Please avoid using or washing the item beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function. If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary, DAGGRY Design ApS may deduct an amount corresponding to the documented reduction in value in accordance with applicable right-of-withdrawal legislation. We recommend using the original packaging for returns whenever possible.
