We hope you are happy with your purchase. If the item does not meet your expectations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive it.

Returns and exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order in the online store. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend choosing a tracked shipping service and keeping both the receipt and tracking number.
You may inspect the item in the same way as you would in a physical store. Avoid using or washing the item beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and function. If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary, you may be liable for a documented reduction in value. Please use the original packaging for the return where possible.

We do not accept returns sent to a PO box, post office or parcel collection point. The parcel must be delivered directly to the address above.

Refunds
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery will not be refunded. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, or until you have provided documentation that it has been returned.

Right to complain
You have a 2-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Contact us at hello@daggry.com with your order number, a description of the issue and preferably photos. For a valid complaint, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
