When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on business days are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or Danish public holidays are normally processed on the next business day.
Tracking and delays
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. During particularly busy periods or in the event of delays with our shipping partner, delivery may take longer.
